E-mail, otherwise known as E-mail (Electronic Mail) is usable service with Internet and enables the exchange of data in electronic form. This exchange of information is very fast and accurate at the time. E-mail is part of the oldest services in the Internet and can be compared to the classic exchange of letters.
An E-mail sent initially placed in an "entry box" (Mailbox, similar to the post office box) and from there can be taken at any time by the addressee. Through E-mails can come in contact with every person in every corner of the world.
To use electronic Posten must have an appropriate program, such as Microsoft Outlook. Internet has the opportunity, Web sites that offer free of charge by e-mail, like Yahoo, Hotmail and Gmail. Of course this decade technology electronic mail can not exclude pleasure and necessity of traditional mail. Firstly, traditional mail remains irreplaceable for delivery of materials in their original version.
We stress that to ensure the sending and receiving of data is needed:
• To have an Internet connection;
• To have an e-mail;
• To know the email address of the person who you want to write.
All users of e-mail have their email address. Address electronic mail users consists of:
• Denomination of users;
• Sign '@'
• Address of the mail server computer to which the user is connected.
The structure of the e-mail is: name.lastname@fshn.edu.al, or an e-mail on the Internet can be name.lastname@yahoo.com ... etc.
