Facebook today introduced Signal platform, which helps journalists to observe the trend of lajmve on Facebook and Instagram. Currently it is only available platform for desktop and its purpose is to facilitate the process of gathering information.
It comes just a week after the application mentions which is available for journalists with verified profiles could mean that Facebook is gathering forces to win over journalists who believe more in Twitter as a source of information compared with Facebook.
Signal can be used to find out which are the most popular conversation on Facebook and then monitored them which are made publicly share. The platform also has a search option that enables journalists find past posts.
Signal is now available to all journalists who will require access, and Facebook has announced that it will welcome comments to improve service along time.
