Ars Technica had a chance to use an iPad Mini 4 and the first thing they did was to test the hardware where the surprises were discovered. iPad Mini 4 is more powerful than the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
Air iPad 2 which dates back to last year is still on edge over the iPad Mini 4. At least on paper, although both tablets have the same memory of 2GB RAM. That's because iPad Mini 4 has Apple A8 processor with two cores and 1.5 GHz frequency while Air iPad 2 has three core processor Apple A8X. Both are faster than Apple A8 processor found in the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus.
As a result iPad Mini 4 can be considered as a very important update given that the iPad Mini 3 was not nothing but a iPad Mini 2 is the fingerprint scanner Touch ID. We are dealing with a 2-year policy refresh hardware in the Apple tablet. For example, this year Apple updated its Air iPad 2 as it did with the iPad Mini 3 last year.
Now iOS officially 9 offers support for screen sharing for two applications simultaneously. Normally it comes with a condition: 2GB of RAM are required. Even this functionality would be useful in small screens included Apple iPhone despite 6S and 6S Plus have enough memory.
